Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 refund will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.
Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.

If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
